Position Summary

Join Huron’s digital commercial growth enablement team as a Creative Specialist, where you’ll elevate the messaging and aesthetics of customer-facing materials across all media. Your goal is to create cohesive experiences that captivate our customers and prospects.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex information with visual appeal.

  • Design attractive sales collateral, including sell sheets and placemats, to showcase product or service benefits.

  • Create graphics and visuals to boost brand recognition and support marketing efforts.

  • Produce quality sales videos for diverse platforms like social media and webinars.

  • Use tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Vyond for innovative visual content creation.

  • Collaborate with teams to align content with brand and marketing goals.

  • Keep abreast of visual design trends and content creation tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in visual content development, with a strong portfolio of diverse visual content.

  • Proficiency in design software like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Vyond.

  • Excellent communication skills, leadership presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independent work style with the capacity to manage multiple projects.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience; agency background and consulting or digital technology understanding preferred.

  • Proactive, research-driven, and passionate about improving team efficiencies.

  • Capable of setting and achieving project goals with minimal oversight.

  • Effective team collaboration, exceptional time management, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Remote Role (Flexible living locations)

The estimated base salary for this job is $60,000 - $80,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $64,800 - $89,600. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
